Delaney Thompson

Hi! I'm Delaney, and I am a recent graduate of Syracuse University's BFA Musical Theatre program with honors.

I grew up in a family where I was the only person in theatre, but, somehow I was the least theatrical... make it make sense... My earliest exposure to theatre was watching my father proudly take up the room and use all the props he could find to tell us a fairytale, listening to my uncles play the dozens and tell anecdotes from their childhoods, and singing gospel classics with my mother and aunties. Everything I have grown up seeing and internalizing from my community has been rooted in connection and detail. I wish to bring that to my artistry and every character I have the honor of engaging with and bringing to life!​​​​​
